An Australian boy has taken his last breath in the hospital after being attacked by a shark in Sydney Harbour, according to his family. This comes amid a series of shark attacks along the country's east coast. Nico Antic, 12, was attacked last week after jumping with friends from rocks at Vaucluse, about nine kilometers from Sydney's central business district. His friends pulled him from the water and he was taken to the hospital with serious leg injuries. The family said in a statement: 'With hearts full of grief, we mourn our son Nico. He was always full of life, and that is what we will remember him for.' Last week, dozens of beaches, including those in Sydney, were closed after four shark attacks in two days, as heavy rains had muddied the waters and increased the likelihood of attracting the animals.
