Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese announced on Thursday the formation of a federal commission of inquiry into the mass shooting that killed 15 people on Bondi Beach in Sydney, following numerous demands across the country to clarify the circumstances of the attack. Albanese told reporters while announcing the creation of a high-level federal inquiry commission: 'I have repeatedly affirmed that the priority of our government is to strengthen unity and social cohesion. This is what Australia needs to recover'.
