Novak Djokovic and Stan Wawrinka starred in a day to remember at the Australian Open.

Djokovic defeated Francesco Maestrelli 6-3, 6-2, 6-2, reaching 399 Grand Slam match wins. The 38-year-old champion, with 24 major titles, is now just one victory away from becoming the first player to reach 400.

He aspires to win an unprecedented 25th Grand Slam title. If he succeeds, he will surpass Ken Rosewall's record (37 years old in 1972) as the oldest man in the Open Era to win a singles championship.
