
Formula 1 directors announced today that the luxury fashion brand Louis Vuitton has joined Formula 1 as a global partner and the main partner of the Australian Grand Prix at the start of the 2025 season. The race in Melbourne on March 16 will officially be named the Louis Vuitton Australian Grand Prix... The company's contract as a global partner is set for 10 years, starting in 2025.
The luxury brand will have a significant presence at the races, including colorful advertising billboards along the track, which represents a new feature for luxury brands in sports events. Stefano Domenicali, CEO of Formula 1, stated: "This partnership between two global icons, connected by their passion for innovation and excellence, will create exceptional and unforgettable stories."
He added: "The appearance of Louis Vuitton not only enhances our sporting appeal but also highlights the uniqueness of luxury, craftsmanship, and the high expression of brands in the world of automobiles."
Louis Vuitton has begun collaborating with Formula 1, developing and presenting unique promotional campaigns at the Monaco Grand Prix from 2021 to 2024. Items adorned with the brand's logo were launched at some of the most prestigious global sporting events, including football, sailing sport, and the Olympic Games.
