The company "Denata" will prepare and service over 380 thousand dishes annually for these aircraft. The aircraft will operate 19 weekly flights connecting Melbourne with China and will transport about 200 thousand passengers a year.
"Denata" has won three multiyear contracts for the provision of high-quality inflight catering services for the aircraft "Hainan", "Tianjin" and "Capital Airlines", previously known as the HNA Group. The catering will be provided at two main airports in Australia.
Mark Steppings, the elected director of "Denata" for operations in the catering and diverse retail sector in Australia, stated: "We are pleased to resume aircraft from "Hainan", "Tianjin" and "Capital Airlines" in Australia and thank the HNA Group for this."
