Australian police announced on Thursday the arrest of a 53-year-old woman who claimed to be a 'feng shui' expert and a fortune teller. She has been charged with fraud and stealing millions of dollars from vulnerable clients in Sydney. According to the German news agency 'dpa', New South Wales police stated that the woman 'exploited vulnerable clients from the Vietnamese community by convincing them to take out loans based on her predictions that one of them would become a billionaire in the future,' while taking a cut of the money for herself. A second woman, aged 25, was also arrested on charges of assisting the older woman in running the fraudulent scheme, which police estimated to be worth 70 million Australian dollars (46 million US dollars). Police clarified that the two women were arrested at their home in Sydney on Wednesday. Authorities also seized 'financial documents, mobile phones, other electronic devices, luxury handbags, a 40-gram gold bar worth $10,000, and casino chips worth $6,600'.
