On March 6, Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide reported the sad passing of Broderick M. Shepherd, better known as Australian Suicide. The promoter expressed its condolences and wished for the family of the wrestler to find peace soon.

Broderick Shepherd, born on December 9, 1992, in Melbourne, Australia, found a place to shine in the world of wrestling in Mexico. With a flashy aerial style, Australian Suicide debuted in Triple AAA in 2013, gaining the affection and admiration of the Mexican audience. In 2016, he became the champion of the Copa Triplemanía XXIV by defeating Daga.

The cause of his death has not yet been revealed. The mother of his child, Vanilla Vargas, requested financial help to repatriate Australian Suicide's body to Australia, stating that his passing was unexpected.

Zumbi, a colleague and friend of Shepherd, was the one who announced the tragic news, expressing his sorrow and sending condolences to the wrestler’s family and friends. Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide also deeply mourned the departure of Australian Suicide and sought support to raise the necessary funds to send his body to Australia.

The repatriation process is urgent and requires raising $10,000 in 48 hours. The wrestling community unites in grief over the loss of Broderick Shepherd, remembering his legacy in the world of Mexican wrestling.
