Judi Hysden plans to continue working at the "Ticher Mutual" bank. Prime Minister of Australia Anthony Albanese with his bride Judi Hysden plans to hold a wedding ceremony in fresh air next spring, instead of a church ceremony, although both are believers.

In an interview with Australian Women's Weekly, Hysden stated that the wedding will be "small", even though the bride herself comes from a large family. "I know what kind of big family circle we have, but I want the ceremony to be small and cozy... Well, this is what we want to achieve," Hysden said. "The wedding will be in fresh air in spring, with our family and close ones," she added, jokingly noting that Albanese's dog will also be among the guests.

According to local media, the wedding will take place after the upcoming elections, during which the Prime Minister and the finance minister actively promoted the economic course of the government after the decrease in interest rates in last week's meeting. Albanese admitted on radio and internet that "none of us plans for the present time" due to the elections. He emphasized that his sincere hope is confidence in the future with Hysden and that they spend time together with comfort, and also added that his son Nathan supported his decision to marry.

Hysden, leading strategic partnerships at the "Ticher Mutual" bank, stated that she plans to continue working full-time after the wedding, emphasizing: "I have my professional career, my personality, and goals, and when I am at work, I am just Judi, not the partner of the Prime Minister.".

The couple first met at a service conference in 2020 when Albanese was the leader of the opposition to Prime Minister Scott Morrison's government. The following year, Albanese suffered serious injuries in a car accident in the suburb of Merriwill in Sydney, and Hysden was called to the place where she saw a completely wrecked car, but Albanese was alive. She recalled: "That was when I realized I loved him.".
